This year has been a difficult year for everyone, and for some, it was worse than others. Vision Quest Event Management, GreenPort Stores, Mama Sue Skin Care, Mamma Winnies’ Hot Sauce and Instagram food influencer, All Foodies Namaste have teamed up for a fundraising drive to support the Kujenga Wellness Project.

The Kujenga Wellness Project, (https://kujengafamily.org), is a black-led grassroots project designed to start supportive community resources for children, youth, adults and families in Durham Region! Vivianne Wilson from GreenPort Stores and Jennifer Forde from Vision Quest Event Management initially discussed a campaign to support Kujenga Wellness Project and the “Ites, Gold and GreenPorts Holiday Gift Bag” fundraising initiative was born!

The Ites, Gold and GreenPorts Holiday Gift Bag Fundraiser, in support of the Kujenga Wellness Project is a shared initiative by this family of local Toronto area entrepreneurs who aim to share the love their community imparts and needs during these unprecedented times!

The holiday bag will be filled with affordable, plant-based, quality products, to support mind, body and soul! The gift bags will be ready to order on-line, in the first week of December 2020!

Curbside order pickup takes place at GreenPort, 686 College St, Toronto, M6G 1T1, Monday to Sunday, 11:00 am-8:00 pm.

Karen Vincent-Baker from Mama Sue Skincare and Pattoa Foods strongly believe one feels better, inside and out, by using quality products. Her desire is that all Canadian families are able to buy quality products at a reasonable price with great benefits for the body, skin and spirit!

Brian Austin from Mama Winnie’s Hot Sauce always loves to help raise money for those in need, regardless of the season! Brian is pleased to include a bottle of Mama Winnies Hot Sauce in the Ites, Gold and GreenPorts Holiday Treats Gift Bag. This philosophy of social responsibility underscores the valuable legacy Mama Winnie’s spirit of caring and pride imparts to this unique brand of Hot Sauce.

Vivianne, founder of GreenPort Cannabis, cites that she learned the value of strength in unity, growing up in a small community in Westmoreland, Jamaica. As we are witnessing many communities being dramatically affected by the pandemic, Green Port is continuously looking for ways to help the vulnerable communities. Team Green Port will include locally made hemp bath products in the gift bag!

Jennifer from Vision Quest Events believes in love rules. The steward of the courtyardfarmersmkt.ca and scarboroughfarmersmarket.ca, Jennifer aims to bring farm-fresh produce and products to diverse, Greater Toronto Area communities!

Please share and support the campaign. Let’s help out as much as we can! You will be able to find more information about the project from the following Eventbrite link.
