Breakfast made rasy with Caneggs Making lives simpler and healthier

BY NOEL CUNNINGHAM

Eating healthy has never been easier. Let me introduce you to Caneggs protein pancake mix. Preparing a healthy breakfast before you start your day can be very challenging especially when you are out of ideas. If you are looking for fast ways to prepare a healthy breakfast with high protein I have you covered.

One mix, many choices.

Regular pancakes are made of all-purpose flour/wheat flour making them high on carbs. The Caneggs Protein Pancake Mix is made with Caneggs egg white powder, blended with the goodness of oat flour, and whey protein. This makes it a healthier and more nutritious diet option. The Caneggs Protein Pancake Mix is an instant wholesome meal that keeps you going through the day all you have to do is just add liquid of your choice and you are on your way. The protein mix is versatile you can add water, or any milk of your choice such as chocolate milk, soy, almond, or cashew milk.

You will realize the difference in texture compared to your regular pancake. These are much lighter and equally tasty. What I also love about this mix, in particular, is that it can satisfy your sweet tooth without leaving you feeling guilty, perfect for post-workout to refuel the body. Here is my blueberry pancake recipe with a drizzle of honey that you can easily whip up in the comfort of your own home.
