Do you know your worth?

You believe that you can still receive

Unconditional love?

Have you ever question while laying down,

Looking up at the ceiling,

Questioning,

What goes on behind that child’s eyes & smiles?

How do you feel when time is up?

Staying strong while loved ones wanted to

Take you and walk you out.

How does your heart handle when you

Had to remain strong, saying it’s not

Time yet, but soon you will be able to

Attend those priceless moments,

Too many you missed,

Blaming yourself why it was taking so long.

Have you tried to push away?

Protecting, but it irks the other side.

You are all still human.

Please don’t forget,

Don’t let these walls prevent what

Love can bring,

You are not alone nor left behind to just

Dry cry.

Even if the whispers continue to want to taint.

Because entities don’t want you to grow.

Worrying what you can do,

Why the others want the best for you.

Disagreements may happen because

Both sides don’t want to worry the other.

I guess someone has to put their pride down,

Because being stubborn will result in nothing.

Your relationship with loved ones are priceless too.

Enjoy every second of the limited time
