We all have meetings on a weekly basis. Have you ever asked yourself after the meeting was over if all the subjects were covered?
The following points were inspired by the amazing Brian Tracy, author, speaker and entrepreneur. Brian has shared his expertise with thousands all over the world.

Take notes:
Whether your meeting is in a coffee shop or at the office, it’s important to take notes. Every conversation creates synergistic energy and inspiring conversations occur. Taking notes allows you to remember and have a written record of the conversation.

Review your notes:
After the meeting you can review your notes and follow up, either by phone, text or e-mail.

Take action:
As you review the notes, you can determine if there are specific dates that certain tasks need to be completed by or if there is a group leader that needs to be updated?

Taking notes during your meetings is very important, making sure that you are efficient and effective in your conversation. Taking action and following up is great habit to start managing and creating energy with other members of your group.
